A: WeDriveU makes the time you spend in your car more productive and enjoyable. We take the worry away from getting around by providing fully insured, trained and certified chauffeurs who are employees of our company.
A: Our chauffeur meets you at your home, office or event, and drives for you in your vehicle of choice. For clients using our chauffeurs with Avis vehicles, our chauffeur can pickup and return your Avis vehicle or meet you at your desired location if you are adding a chauffeur mid-reservation.
A: The chauffeur will standby with your car and will be available as needed. Chauffeurs can also serve as your personal mobile assistant, running errands or handling vehicle maintenance for you during your engagements.

A: The time starts when the chauffeur arrives at your pick up point. Service involving the pick-up and drop-off of your Avis car will add approximately 30 minutes to the beginning and end of the reservation.

A: Yes, WeDriveU serves corporate clients in addition to individual clients, providing dedicated chauffeurs and security drivers for executives, plus drivers for corporate shuttles and events. A: No, our office will either charge the credit card you authorized at the time you made your reservation or will send you an invoice.
A: For occasional reservations, we will strive to provide the same driver (based on availability). Clients with part-time and full-time chauffeurs will be matched with a regular chauffeur that is suited to their requirements and preferences.
A: Our standard chauffeur attire is a professional black suit and tie. The client can request the chauffeur to dress in business casual attire if desired. When serving event clients, our chauffeurs often wear uniforms with event logos.

A: Outsourcing a part-time or full-time chauffeur through WeDriveU offers you greater cost savings because you only pay for the chauffeur when you need the chauffeur. You also leave the management and employment details to us. WeDriveU provides ongoing driver certification and is responsible for government regulations and reporting.
A: WeDriveU handles all recruitment details so the client does not have to worry about placing job listings, interviewing chauffeurs and doing background and substance abuse checks. WeDriveU's outsourcing services allow clients to try a chauffeur before hiring one.

A: Yes, reservations require a minimum of three consecutive hours.
A: Client itineraries often exceed the 3 or 8 hour durations specified on our gift certificates. Not to worry, they can be applied towards longer reservations. Just tell our customer service representatives more about your itinerary and we would be happy to apply your certificate towards the total charges. Reservations must adhere to the 3 consecutive hour minimum each time.
A: Since the customer provides the car, the customer provides minimum automobile liability limits of $2500,000 bodily injury each person, $500,000 each accident, $50,000 property damage, collision and comprehensive coverage. Q: If the chauffeur is injured on the job, the client will not be held responsible for the chauffeur’s injuries.

If a WeDriveU chauffeur is used intermittently during the Avis rental period, a minimum of three consecutive hours applies for each WeDriveU chauffeur reservation.

Customers can purchase Additional Liability Insurance (ALI) and Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) from Avis to meet the insurance requirements. International inbound customers must purchase ALI and LDW from Avis to use WeDriveU.
A: The customer receives an e-receipt from Avis for their Avis vehicle rental charge and a separate e-receipt from WeDriveU for their chauffeur service charge. Customers pay WeDriveU by credit card.
A: With 12-hours notice, there are no WeDriveU cancellation charges. With less than 12-hours notice, there is a 3-hour WeDriveU cancellation charge.
A: Avis vehicle pick-up by WeDriveU chauffeurs on behalf of Avis customers is a benefit reserved exclusively for members of Avis Preferred. Non-members can meet their WeDriveU chauffeur at the Avis rental counter.
