How does WeDriveU work?
Our chauffeur drives his or her personal car to your home or office, parks their car, and then drives for you in your personal car. For clients using our chauffeurs with Avis vehicles, our chauffeur can pickup and return the car from an Avis location on your behalf, or meet you at your desired location if you are adding a chauffeur mid-reservation.

What does the chauffeur do with my car while I’m at my meeting or appointment?
The chauffeur will standby with your car and will be available as needed.

What does your service cost?
WeDriveU charges $35.65 per hour. Special rates are available for seniors.

Do you have a minimum?
Yes, reservations require a minimum of 3 consecutive hours of service.

When does the time start?
The time starts when the chauffeur arrives at your pick up point.

Is there a charge to setup a WeDriveU account?
No. You are welcome to setup your free client account at any time by calling (800) 773-7483 or clicking here to activate your new account online. The advantage of setting up your account now is that it will be fully activated and ready anytime you want to make your first reservation.

Do you have accounts for corporations?
Yes, WeDriveU serves corporate clients in addition to individual clients. To inquire about setting up a corporate account, please contact WeDriveU Corporate Sales.

Do I pay my chauffeur?
No, our office will either charge the credit card you authorized at the time you made your reservation or will send you an invoice.

Can I get the same driver each time I use WeDriveU?
Upon request, we can provide the same driver for you as often as possible.

Why should I use WeDriveU?
WeDriveU makes the time you spend in your car more productive and enjoyable. We provide fully insured and certified chauffeurs who are employees of our company.

Why is it important to me that WeDriveU insures its chauffeurs with workers compensation?
If the chauffeur is injured on the job, the client will not be held responsible for the chauffeur’s injuries.

What does the chauffeur wear?
Our standard chauffeur attire is a professional black suit and tie. The client can request the chauffeur to be dressed in business casual attire if desired. When serving event clients, our chauffeurs are often asked to wear event-branded uniforms.

Can you help me hire a part-time or full-time chauffeur?
Yes. Hiring a part-time or full-time chauffeur through WeDriveU offers you greater cost savings and the flexibility of leaving the hiring details to us. WeDriveU performs all of our standard background checks and will be responsible for government regulations and reporting.

Why should I use WeDriveU to place a chauffeur with my company?
WeDriveU's outsourcing expertise allows clients to try a chauffeur before hiring one. WeDriveU handles all recruitment details so the client does not have to worry about placing job listings, interviewing chauffeurs and doing background and substance abuse checks.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
We make it easy to redeem WeDriveU gift certificates. Just setup your free WeDriveU client account online or by phone at (800) 773-7483 to register your vehicle, insurance and contact information. When you're ready to make your reservation and apply your certificate, our representatives are standing by to setup your custom itinerary and book your chauffeur. Please be sure to mention your certificate at the time you make your reservation.

Does your 3 hour minimum apply to gift certificates?
Yes. Reservations require a minimum of three consecutive hours.

Can gift certificates be used towards longer reservations?
Client itineraries often exceed the 3 or 8 hour durations specified on our gift certificates. Not to worry, they can be applied towards longer reservations. Just tell our customer service representatives more about your itinerary and we would be happy to apply your certificate towards the total charges. Reservations must adhere to the 3 consecutive hour minimum each time.
