When does billable time start and end?

Start time for your itinerary commences when your driver arrives and ends when the driver returns to the starting location.

Can I request a specific driver?

Your account manager works with you to identify the best driver fit for you.

How does WeDriveU screen its drivers?

WeDriveU recruits, vets and trains professional drivers who are WeDriveU employees (no contractors). Driver screening includes criminal background, MVR record checks and drug testing.

How does insurance work?

WeDriveU provides primary workers compensation and general liability insurance. Executive driver is an authorized driver on Client’s automobile insurance.

How does billing work?

WeDriveU will invoice client monthly. Payment due 15 days after invoice.

How does WeDriveU differ from limousines or ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft?

WeDriveU offers an executive driver who drives for you in your car on a contract basis for a minimum of 1,000 hours per year. Drivers are certified, trained and employed by WeDriveU (no contractors).
