With WeDriveU already managing the daily employee shuttle program for Lam Research headquarters and other facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area, the client engaged WeDriveU’s Meeting & Event Services team for its Milestone Events in San Francisco and Portland. WeDriveU provided transportation for employees and guests between corporate campuses and event venues.

The theme of our global celebrations this year – Beyond Imagination – conveys the magnitude of our recent successes and the tremendous opportunity ahead of us.”

Milestone Celebration – San Francisco Bay Area: WeDriveU transported 4,200 employees and guests in 55 motorcoaches between its Fremont and Livermore campuses, San Jose light rail stations, Sunnyvale and Mountain View CalTrain stations, Millbrae BART station and the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond, CA.

Milestone Celebration – Portland: WeDriveU transported 2,900 employees and guests in 32 motorcoaches between campuses in Tualatin, Hillsboro and Vancouver and the Oregon Convention Center.
