WeDriveU Announces New Head of Customer Success
Promotes Shawn Kelly to spearhead customer experience as Managing Director
WeDriveU is pleased to announce Shawn Kelly is taking the helm of its Customer Success department. Previously WeDriveU’s Director of Operations for the East Coast, Shawn will focus on optimizing the customer experience and creating value throughout their journey, from initial onboarding and implementation of their employee shuttle programs, to account growth and retention.
As the trusted advisor for clients, Shawn will guide their success by developing meaningful partnerships, collaborating with decision makers, and aligning WeDriveU services and innovations with their vision and business goals.

Shawn was previously WeDriveU’s Director of Operations for the East Coast and will continue in this dual role until a replacement is identified. Shawn has been working for WeDriveU since September 2015 managing Boston, Austin, Chicago and New York City. Prior to that he was WeDriveU’s Program Manager at athenahealth in Boston.
Shawn was named to the 2019 40 Under 40 in Transportation by the Association for Commuter Transportation.
