We’re pleased to join the National Safety Council in celebrating National Safety Month. Focused on “saving lives and preventing injuries, from the workplace to anyplace,” NSC’s annual program has taken on greater meaning for our team this year given the COVID-19 pandemic.

Special thanks to WeDriveU’s Field Safety department for their commitment to keeping our passengers and team safe every day. These are a few examples of commuter safety initiatives they’re leading:

• Shuttle Safety – The team’s been busy developing, training and enforcing COVID-19 protocols at WeDriveU facilities and onboard our fleet, addressing social distancing, cleaning, and screening and PPE for WeDriveU employees. • Bike Safety – Our Safety and Customer Success teams hit the road for virtual bike month in May to create bike safety training tools for shuttle drivers and passengers.
• e-Learning – In addition to educating passengers on topics such as bicycle commuting safety, our team continues to expand curriculum on health/wellness, driving, and fleet equipment (topics such as Heat Illness & Prevention, Pull-Ups and Pull-Outs, and Mirror Usage/Adjustments).
